• Maureen creates the budget based on information provided by the organization via multiple ZOOM meetings and shared files (Dropbox, Box, Google, other). After meeting with you to learn about the size of your budget (revenue total, expense total, number of programs/offerings, etc), Maureen will submit a project agreement outlining the investment.

  • Similar to the 5-week group series below, Maureen works individually with organizations while walking them through the process of creating the annual budget. This option includes 12 hours mentoring & training the person(s) creating the budget: seven (7) Zoom meeting hours and five (5) hours between meetings reviewing budget iterations.

  • A working series where you will create the organization’s budget during the 5-week series. This is a group workshop for 4-8 organizations during specific times. Click here for more details.
