CREATE YOUR ORGANIZATION’S BUDGET WORKSHOP
a 5-week series
for nonprofits & small businesses

This is a working series.
You will be creating the organization’s budget during the 5 week series and there will be ‘homework’ between each session to assist with completing your organization’s budget during the series. That noted —- there is not a guarantee that the budget will be completed at the end of the 5 weeks because it depends on:
– the size of your budget
– the number of programs/services/offerings in your organization
– how much time you are able to devote between sessions
Group sessions:
Week 1: Budget preparation
Week 2: Income/Revenue
Week 3: Personnel Expenses
Week 4: Non-personnel Expenses
Week 5: Total Budget
The series also includes:
– 2 one-hour private meetings with Maureen
– 2 hours of Maureen’s time to review your draft budget (after week 2 or 3) and your final/almost final budget (after week 5)
– a budget template
The series will NOT be recorded, however if you miss a session, you will have the option to schedule a private session with Maureen – for an additional cost.
This series has a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 8.
Total Investment: $940
Prior to signing up, Maureen will have email correspondence and a 15-minute Zoom call with potential participants.
